Return Process

  Log in to your CuteHart account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the unopened beauty products in their original box, ensuring you include the packing slip and any promotional gifts that were included with your order.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
